We are a new pizza concept like you ever seen before- we stick strictly to the Napolitanean way to make pizzas. 

We only use Organic flour and all our dough is hand kneaded  

We make our mozzarella by hand and use only fresh imported meats from Italy.

We bake our pizzas in an Oak fired pizza oven at temperatures reaching 700F
